The TruYouDesign™ Program Process
Step 1: Initial Consultation
With every consultation, we meet with our clients in their home to review the space and gather information, to get a clear picture of their goals and objectives, and to take measurements and photographs, if necessary.
From there, we work with our clients to develop a personalized conceptual budget range and project scope. When the project scope and budget have been agreed upon by both parties, only then do we move on to the next steps.
Step 2: Planning & Estimating
Using the information gathered during the initial consultation, we create a detailed inclusive estimate which features an initial design, as well as all fees, bonds, engineering and land preparation costs.
Our clients aren’t expected to make any commitment to build until and unless we make them aware of exactly what they will get and what it will truly cost! When all the details are agreed upon, our clients and we simply sign off and we get started.
Step 3: Final Design
Next, our clients meet with one of our skilled designers to finalize the layout and design of the job. Because of the initial consultation, the project details have often been solidified. Every step of the way, layout and placement of the final space is completely within the control of our clients and the design team can be directed/redirected in any way our clients choose.
Step 4: Let’s Get Started
Once the designs have been finalized and any upgrades our clients may have chosen have been considered and planned for, we will go ahead and get started with the remodel/building project. While each and every project’s timeline is different, our team will work quickly and efficiently to get each and every project completed on time and often under budget.
Step 5: Follow Up
We are committed to our clients 100% of the way and it is our goal to ensure that they are completely satisfied with all aspects of the project when finished. If anything is needed post-construction, we are just a phone call away!
